It is a proprietary letter for Mighty Forge equipment and installations and is to be followed and signed by the licensed installer/ gasfitter on site.

We provide this as a non-profit service.  It affords peace of mind for some industrial and institutional installations.  The letter will accompany the Forge at Delivery when ordered.
